Fraudulent /Declined Transactions

Our payment partner’s (being the Payment Gateways and facilitators and Banks) and our fraud detection team constantly monitors your account in order to avoid fraudulent accounts and transactions. We reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of our Website and any other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions. In the event of detection of any fraudulent or declined transaction, prior to initiation of legal actions, we reserve the right to immediately delete such user account(s) and dishonour all past and pending orders without any liability. For the purpose of this clause, we shall owe no liability for any refunds.

Refunds

In the event you are not satisfied with the services provided by a Wykee or Wyker, we request you to contact us at refund@wyke.in. The user hereby acknowledges that the refund of payment once validly made by the user for the services provided by wyke, will be at the sole discretion of Wyke..

Cancellation Policy

Wyker
  1. Task Start time: Next 30 minutes to 120 minutes
    1. No Charges if the task is cancelled within 10 minutes of acceptance by Wykee
    2. Otherwise 25% of the agreed amount for the task shall be charged.
  2. Task Start time: Next 2 Hours or above
    1. No Charges if the task cancelled 1 hour prior to task start time
    2. Otherwise 25% of the agreed amount for the task shall be charged.
Wykee
  1. Task Start time: Next 30 minutes to 120 minutes
    1. No Charges if cancelled/rejected by wykee within 10 minutes of the acceptance
    2. Otherwise 10% of the agreed amount for the task shall be charged.
  2. Task Start time: Next 2 Hours or above
    1. No Charges if cancelled 1 hour prior to task start time
    2. Otherwise 10% of the agreed amount for the task shall be charged.
